As a Registered Nurse and Certified Diabetes Educator I get to be involved in the lives of individuals and the health of the community by promoting wellness. Teaching has been an integral part of my background and healthcare is my passion; so working as a diabetes educator I get to pursue two fields that I love. Imparting essential knowledge and encouraging patients to make positive changes to their health is a rewarding endeavor. I have been privileged to see the benefits to the quality of life for many people as they seek to live well with diabetes. I enjoy working with patients as individuals to make a plan that works for them and helps them pursue a bright, healthy future.
