Dear Valued Patients,
Beginning December 1, we’ll be asking all established patients to have an active patient portal account. This helps us stay better connected with you, share information more easily, and keep communication running smoothly.
As part of this update, we will also stop printing certain documents during visits. Instead, you’ll be able to find them in your portal whenever you need them. This includes your after visit summary, referrals, lab orders, imaging orders, patient education materials, out of work notes, and similar items.
The portal gives you quick, secure access to your health information and your care team, and our staff is always happy to help you get set up if you haven’t created an account yet.
