Healthcare Focus: Family Medicine

My love for medicine came as an accident. Although I originally intended to become a biologist, a class on anatomy made me realize how incredible the human body is — how so many different systems connect and intertwine to make something so complex, resilient and life-giving. Healthcare was my calling from then on. I’m interested in all aspects of medicine, which is why I practice family medicine, because it allows me to help all sorts of patients with a wide range of healthcare concerns. I feel privileged to get to know and help so many wonderful, hard-working families, and I’m proud to grow with them over time. For me, there’s nothing more rewarding than assisting a family in achieving and maintaining their optimal health and wellness. I can’t imagine working in any other field!
