This post serves to inform you of an important change regarding our participation with the Yamhill Community Care OHP Plan. Effective January 1, 2025, Mountain View Medical Center will no longer be in-network with Yamhill Community Care under the Oregon Health Plan (OHP).
Please be assured that we will continue to be in-network with the following Health Share of Oregon plans:
- CareOregon
- OHSU Health Share of Oregon
If you are currently enrolled in the Yamhill Community Care OHP Plan and would like to continue receiving care at Mountain View Medical Center, you would need to consider changing to one of the above listed plans.

Please note that plan changes typically need to be made by December 31, 2024, to take effect on January 1, 2025. We recommend reaching out to Health Share as soon as possible to ensure a seamless transition.
